THE POSITION’S MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES ARE:
- Plan and Process all jobs to be punched, laser cut or bent in accordance with the production schedule.
- Tool up the machines for punching, cutting or bending correctly.
- Prepare a flat – pack design for cutting or bending.
- Ensure cost control through nesting.
- Keep tools at optimum performance standards.
- Any other duty as required and delegated from time to time by the directors and management.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and Requirements in the CNC Department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Standard 10 (Grade 12)
- Must have extensive knowledge of Amada machines
- Auto CAD Experience & Concept of 2D or 3D.
- Computer literacy.
- AP100 experience, a must have

Salary: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
