You will work out of our dynamic head office in Copenhagen together with 100+ international colleagues, and convert your creativity, digital skills, and knowledge from your studies into real-life experience every day.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Controller to join our Global Business controller team at Lantmännen Unibake at our office in Copenhagen.
This is what you will do
- Manage overview and insight into Unibake's operational performance and outlook;
- See-through complex data and make clear-to-the-point insight communication and presentation to stakeholders;
- Prepare recurring deliverables from operational business controlling;
- Management reporting to Unibake and Lantmännen;
- Monthly operational report to COO and Supply Chain Director and business partnering;
- Manage the operational part of Budget and Forecast processes;
- Business Analysis and Performance Management;
- Create transparency of financial and business performance and drive operational BI data within Operations;
- Ad hoc analysis and projects;
- Leading and improving processes;
- Drive operational and standard supply chain framework globally and locally and engage in future development;
- Support and drive international operational controller forum and knowledge exchange;
- Sparring with the Supply chain team on capacity, performance, product allocation, and financial consequences;
- Contribute to operational and standard cost framework globally and locally and engage in future development;
- Active contributor to the Global Business Controlling team.
This is what you need to succeed:
You have:
- MSc. Finance or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an operations controller within volume manufacturing and standard cost;
- Ideally experience from both a group function working in a complex company with international units as well as from an operational unit with full value chain reporting into a group function;
- Previous experience partnering with Supply chains will be an advantage;
- Profound knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, especially Excel;
- Solid BI/Data warehouse understanding;
- General financial and accounting skills;
- Fluency in English speaking and writing;
- Solid knowledge and interest in Operational finance, Management accounting, and performance management;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Experience in Standard cost setup and in driving-related conversations with stakeholders at all levels in various settings.

Place of work:
Lantmännen Unibake International HQ in Copenhagen, Ørestad. Some business travel is required (5-20 days per year).
