The team has 8 people working on product marketing, PR & content, CRM, campaigns and web, and people dedicated to our market verticals and channel sales. In Digital Commerce, we are globally minded with a FinTech atmosphere. You will experience this in your everyday life as a Worldliner.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

The Logistics Warehouse Personnel, processes orders, accepts all deliveries, and keeps the warehouse organized, which includes everything from physically moving product around the warehouse space to properly maintaining all shipping and receiving records.


Signs of success

  • Managing all cargo invocing accounting transactions on SAP and TSM.
  • Performing weekly check runs for 250+ customer cargo tracking.
  • Answering questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills.
  • Researching, track and restore accounting or documentation problems for the customer shipments.
  • Providing assistance and support to the other departments (Operation & Accounting)
  • Carry out Logistics departmant tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
  • Reporting to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues with shipping or receiving.
  • Using barcode scanners to manage inventory and product tracking process.
  • Packing and shiping orders for delivery.
  • Inspecting all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.


Skills we can’t do without:

  • Good knowledge in MS Excel & MS Word and Cargo tracing systems
  • Good organizational skills
  • Team-oriented personality.
  • Min 5 years of previous customer operation and cargo invoicing process experience
  • Efficient and well organised with a good work ethic and attitude
  • Analytical with good problem-solving ability

  • Ability to apply and comply with work processes, procedures, and practices
