Job Requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone.
- Schedule appointments with our medical providers
- Coordinate referrals with medical providers
- Attend weekly team meetings and coordinate with coworkers to improve processes
Job Qualifications:
- 5 years of call center BPO voice experience
- Extensive phone experience
- Must have a college degree
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work from home with a stable internet connection and windows computer
Work From Home Equipment Requirements :
All candidates should have the following equipment
- Windows computer with quad core processor and SSD drive
- Dual monitor setup
- Noise cancelling Headphones
- Webcam
- Stable internet connection 20mbps or greater
Other:
1) This is a work from home / remote position.
2) Working hours for this position are : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm US Central Standard Time
3) Employee will be eligible for paid time off, annual bonuses and annual raises.
4) Performance bonuses paid in addition to listed salary.
