Full Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to Customers and Clients
2. Identify needs of Customers, resolve issues and provide Solutions.
3.Ensure following Customer Service script provided by Company.
4.Maintain Good Customer Relations.
5.Meet personal and team targets
6.Maintain Records of conversations with Customer and analyze Data.
7.Write and Submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.
8.Following company policies and procedures.
9.Upsell other Products whenever possible.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least intermediate in any discipline
- Prior experience in Call Center Customer Service /Telesales for at least 1 year in international Campaign.
-Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems
-Excellent English Communication Fluency

SKILLS:
Strong multitasking, time management, and target Achieving Skills.
Customer oriented Attitude with professionalism.

70 Main Boulevard Gulberg Beside Sidique Trade Center Lahore.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, New-Grad
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (Preferred)
