Remote Clinic Representative
Looking for a great work-from-home side gig working for a high-end MedSpa on the East Coast? Have prior MedSpa or Aesthetics experience? We need help with some appointment scheduling!
This position is responsible for scheduling new patients appointments. The right candidate must be upbeat and motivational on the phone.
A typical day for the role will consist of answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls to prospective patients for scheduling in-clinic consultations using our scheduling software and tracking programs.

It is important to note that these are not cold calls, these are leads from people who have requested additional information online or have called to request an appointment.
Primary responsibilities include timely call answering, consistent response to caller and web lead form follow up, non-medical documentation in multiple tracking systems and ensuring accurate information is provided to callers in a motivational and professional manner.
Advancement, cross-training, and direct-hire opportunities are available.
Additional B2C responsibilities may include:
● Email messaging
● SMS messaging
● Patient satisfaction follow-up
General Duties
● Respond to patients via telephone by assessing needs and answering general questions regarding treatment options
● Register and schedule new patients; send appropriate patient materials prior to initial appointment
● Make appropriate scheduling changes, canceling, rescheduling and confirming appointments
● Provide excellent and timely customer service
● Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
● Creative thinker who can help us identify ways to optimize our marketing strategies
Qualifications
● High School diploma/GED required
● Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
● Minimum of one year of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face-to-face
● Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage,
launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a
Windows-based environment strongly preferred
● Collaborative - You appreciate direct coaching/feedback from multi clinic manager(s) to identify your strengths and opportunities
● Previous healthcare experience is a strong plus
● Background check required
