What you’ll do
RTR Development team is part of UPM Financial Control & Group Finance organization creating value by delivering efficient and high-quality development of Record-to-Report Finance Model aligned with UPM strategy.
We, as a team, drive towards offering high quality end-to-end development services to our customers and stakeholders.
In this position, you will:
- Identify, design and implement, in close co-operation with process and solution owner’s compliant solution following our global template, when applicable
- Translate UPM business requirements into solution requirements for IT
- Apply deep subject matter expertise and participate in various development initiatives (from small developments to business ERP implementations), to deliver high quality solution and support statutory & tax area adoption
- Enable our support network and organization, in the area of responsibility
- Explore opportunities that our existing systems and potential technologies can offer to our process
Who you are
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in relevant area
- You understand relevant accounting and specifically taxation process(es)
- You have good knowledge of SAP sales and purchasing modules
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in finance in a multinational environment
- You have good co-operation, coordination, and communications skills. Fluency in English and preferably Finnish, other language skills are a benefit
- You are a team player, ready to share and support your colleagues
