For a pharmaceutical company in Breda we are looking for a new production worker who wants to work in 2 shifts.

We are looking for someone who is learnable and is self-reflective.You as the new prodcution worker is working in ABR manufacturing department in the central flex force, potentially working on all production lines of either fully automated, semi-automated or manual nature.
Functional tasks:
- Running a production line according to operating procedures;
- Working together/communicate with other operators and line lead in order to deliver defined goals;
- Looking for improvement and efficiency in and around working processes;
- Taking care of escalation when necessary;
- Taking ownership for all tasks and results;
- Taking active part on Shift hand over process in the line;
- Taking care, all training has been followed according to deadline.
Functie-eisen
Do you see yourself working here, then you need to meet the following requirments:
- 1 – 2 years experienced in manufacturing environment (preferable Pharmacy, GMP/GDP environment);
- Working with Standard Operating Processes;
- Working with colleagues from different countries;
- Has inside in what Continuous improvement means regarding own role;
- General MBO (level 2):
- MBO level knowledge of English language.

Wat we bieden
Are you our new production worker, then we can offer you the following:
- 1 year contract with the possibilty to extend:
- A fulltime position of 40 hours a week;
- A salary of €2800 gross per month;
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per KM;
- The oppurtunity to use the gym.
