Preferably 1-2 Yrs Sales experienced
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Dedication to providing great customer service.

Responsibilities and Accountability:

Job description

Generate sales from existing clients and new accounts
Upsell and cross-sell items under the assigned product category
Execute sales strategies set by the Product Sales Manager
Account Management

Grow and develop existing Key Accounts
Prospect and onboard new clients
Act as a key interface between the customer and all relevant departments
Facilitate and coordinate deliveries, collections, and other account concerns
Customer Experience Management

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with assigned accounts
Manage and exceed customer expectations within guidelines
Ensure the timely and complete resolution of customer complaints
Maintain and update FORD Notes for each account

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
