The Mission
The Product & Subscription squad is looking for a Business Analyst
Position:
Contribute to the development and modification of systems by performing business analysis based on high-level business requirements. Collaborate with Transversal domain BA, Transversal PO, and PO to challenge and address internal and/or external client needs. Validate and describe business solutions to meet end-users' requirements.
Responsibilities:
Document business requirements in a structured format for translation into functional and technical specifications.
Create Business Analysis and Business Impact Analysis reports.
Describe business processes and support Product Owner in writing and prioritizing Product Backlog Items (PBIs).
Ensure PBI readiness and consider non-functional requirements like security, auditability, and operating time.
Analyze impacts on internal teams and external clients, documenting operational changes (SOP...).
Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and integration into business and IT processes.
Facilitate communication between business and IT communities.
Share expertise as a specialist in business analysis techniques and methodologies, contributing to the BA community of practices.
Validate solution/functional designs derived from your business analysis.
Provide support during testing phases, production roll-outs, and warranty periods.
