- Good experience in project coordination, management and execution.
- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering, design, execution, testing & Commissioning.
- Should have good understanding of heat load calculation, the selection of AC equipment's, pumps, as well as the coordination of MEP Services on the site.
- Knowledge of VRF System in HVAC.
- Should be involved in Tender documents, drawings, VRF, MEP Coordination with other disciplines.
- Should be able to recheck design drawings, maintain proper material inventory, prepare method statements for all equipment, and be knowledgeable about industry coeds and standards pertaining to mechanical and testing. (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASME)
- Good communication, Good team player, and good coordination skills.
- Availability to work in tight deadline and budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10-15 years work as an Mechanical Engineer.
- CRPEP Grade A License.
